Communication was excellent - almost too good if that's possible. A little confusion following notification that my order had been delivered and I was unable to scan the code to track my package - which had not arrived. Ian checked on the status and informed of the delay. My package arrived within a couple of days, and was exactly what I ordered.

Shipping was fast, everything arrived ok.
