A company who didn’t care enough about me to sort out the delivery problem. A surprise Christmas present for my grandson was totally ruined by their own incompetence of not putting my “house name” on my address label, even after I confirmed it. Then they sent my order out again without correcting it! Both parcels were understandably lost. I would have understood more if you were actually sorry and had sent me some more socks free of charge for such incompetency . …. Never again I brought Nike!
