Speedy delivery.

Easy to order, delivery super quick! No issues whatsoever!

The fan arrived fairly quickly, especially considering the long dispatch time. It works well and has been a real lifesaver in the hot weather. However, I ordered it in white and received a grey one instead. I assume the white version was either out of stock or they simply sent the wrong colour, but there was no message or explanation from the seller. I would have appreciated being asked before they decided to send a completely different colour.

Dreo are a very good company in that if you have a problem with your product they will contact you and offer you support.in my case they did offer me a partial refund because I was not completely happy with the product.
