The first few reviews did not capture the likeness of my grandson, however, after I called the support helpline I spoke with a very helpful lady who asked questions that assisted us in getting everything corrected. My wife first saw the ad for this company and wanted to order a book for our grandchildren. I was able to get photos of each child and crop them as directed by the website. My wife and I are excited to present this book to our grandchildren next weekend.
