I am EXTREMELY disappointed. My order should have arrived almost 4 weeks ago. I have contacted Hanks Tea MULTIPLE TIMES by phone and email and have not been responded to (before and after the holiday period). My courier company has been informed that Hanks Tea told them not to send it to me but I have not had any communication with Hanks Tea about any issues.
