Great experience. My only issue has been with the Meditation speaker. Though the battery worked initially, it no longer works and has to be plugged in to function. Both the Classic and Meditation items are calming and restful.

The light on the buttons is very bright and the speaker quality is not very good. The music itself is fine, but I would not recommend. Also, I purchased my Wholetones when you had a money back guarantee. I never received a response when I emailed your support team.

The 2Sleep music player has a defective sim card. I contacted customer service and was told to reset the player and that would solve the problem, well it didn't. Very disappointing!!!!

Shopping was fine but I ordered items on 2/12 and did not receive them until 3/6 - which I found to be a long time. In addition, the items were sent in a USPS envelope which I feel does not protect the delicate music players as they can get flung around in transport. One of the items stopped playing shortly after receiving. It works on and off, but can get static-y at times. I am not sure if this is a defct or from transport. I will be contacting the company about this.

Shopping with Wholetones is pretty good but not perfect. One time I bought the digital download of active CD and, being inexperienced with computers, I only successfully downloaded all but one or two of the songs. (Don’t remember anymore), so I did not get the complete CD due to user error. Yes, technically this was not the fault of Wholetones and when I called Wholetones, the woman said she could do nothing about it. Nonetheless, it was a frustrating experience, but I still buy Wholetones CD’s!
