Email replies felt like AI responses. The response to issues with their product was to send another one of the exact same product. Deceptive marketing tactics assuring full refund if not satisfied but then saying product must be shipped back to Australia and no option that cost less than their product or if wanted a 20% refund and keep the dangerous product that you have an issue with… it feels like a scam targeting anxious pregnant women when they are most vulnerable. The stress is not helpful

Scam company!! Doesn't follow their own publicly stated cancelation policy. I canceled less than 24 hours after I placed the order when I found out it's NOT safe or approved to be used in the USA. They said it was already shipped but lied because it didn't ship for another 4 days. If you want to return, you pay shipping & they make you send it to Australia & pay more than the cost of the items. STAY FAR AWAY!!
