You need to check the multiple emails back and forth from me and your customer service team. They kept trying to push this product on me multiple times by offering the product at a one time discount when I explained multiple times that it wasn't about the money. It's about the product and it not performing how it should and advertised.

Not that great......First someone hung up the phone, and i had to call back. I was not sent the tracking info. So I had to call to get it. I was sent info email/text with no tracking info. So i had to respond again to get the info. I did finally receive the info. I do understand things happen.
