It took over a month to get the ice machine. Sure could have used it when the Motor on the Ice machine in the refrigerator quit. We went a week without ICE, which was hard to do until the repair man changed out the motor.

When originally purchased it said it would take like 4-5 days to get. It took almost 2 months before I received it. I was in the process of trying to reverse the charge because I was beginning to think it was a scam. There was no response from cowsar.
