When originally purchased it said it would take like 4-5 days to get. It took almost 2 months before I received it. I was in the process of trying to reverse the charge because I was beginning to think it was a scam. There was no response from cowsar. The only way to get a hold of them was email and I still have not received a reply from the email I sent. But I did finally receive the ice maker.
