Shipping to US takes forever, despite paying extra to accelerate. Measure size of grip is off - make sure to go up. Based on the online grid I would've order a small, but I am happy I went with large because that actually covers what I need of my hand (I'm 5'10 for reference so there is no way a small would have been appropriate).

Added items for the free thumb tape. It was not added so I emailed in to customer service they responded saying too bad then stopped responding to me. Even though I love the products I will no longer support this product unless they make this correct. It may be a cheap item but it is the principal that matters. If you say you will give something for free make sure it makes it and if it doesn't fit it it's that easy.
