Company misrepresented its location. Website has Wyoming address. After we ordered we discovered the "international" shipping was delayed. Product arrived well after the event we needed it for (about a month after ordering). We wanted to support a small business. Instead, we were duped. And, because we needed the ink pads for an event, we ended up ordering from amazon anyway... and they came in 2 days for a fraction of the cost. I will not order from FidoFaves again. I do not trust the company.

I have a disabled father and I don't have time to keep sending videos showing the splash pad is s defective. I've sent two and still no response. I do not recommend buying this product because the customer service is not good and they leave you waiting for days for a response to through email. No phone call or nothing. Go with a diff company
