Terrible experience. I ordered almost a month ago and the item still hasn’t arrived. Tracking shows it’s been stuck in the same spot for weeks. Customer service gives copy-and-paste answers with no real updates or solutions. Then I get an email asking me to review a product I NEVER received. Extremely disappointing would not recommend.
