I am very disappointed in the grandson bracelet. It is not what I expected as it is so small my fourteen year old grandson can not even put his hand through the opening and there is no way to open it.
Also it was not sent in a box as shown but a cheap draw string bag.
I could not return in the days provided as I was on vacation when it arrived.
I expect to receive a full refund and I will return it as there is no way it is acceptable.
