We have never had an issue until now.

It took a long time for the kit to arrive.

I've used many times and I am usually happy.

The paint is a perfect consistancy. I think I only had one color that was too dry. I think the paint is primo. it covers well. it spreads well, the color is beautiful.

Easy process. No issues with orders and time in receiving plus the quality has been number 1.

Always consistent with quality of paints and the picture options are extensive and awesome.

They were helpful answering emails, it was explained that 20 days was the normal shipping time, website says 7-11 days to Canada I believe. Had high hopes using this company. I loved the 80 paint create your own picture. I purchased 7 different paintings I created, so far I’m on my third and 3 out of 3 were not usable. I guess when you submit your picture, there is no one on there side that proofs the photo. It looked good when I uploaded the pictures, I guess when this transferred to the canvu

Great range of kits of different sizes and everything you need with each kit

I find it unusual that the company sends you a tracking number when the kit is not even produced. From the time you get the tracking number the then produce, process and the package is not picked up for 8-9 days. Although 2 of the kits ordered were pretty accurate based on the image I sent 2 kits were not.For one of them the Company sent a replacement kit but the colours were still off and I reported that to them but never got a response.

My first kit arrived damaged, and paintly sent another right away.

To be able to get a size you can see, you end up paying a fortune.

Great customer service

It took several texts and emails to receive a response about not receiving my order.

I contacted customer support to request an exchange or a refund due to it being so incredibly small and they denied my request because the paintings I ordered were custom made and I guess technically it was my fault for not reading the dimensions right. What kind of customer service is that ?? Very disappointing, I definitely won't be ordering anything from paintly kits in the future nor will I recommend them either.

Fantastic work

The paint was great and the canvas was great. Sometimes with other companies the paint and the canvas do not work together. For all 3 painting I bought, the paint and canvas worked perfect together. Other companies have sent completely dried up paint. The paint I received for these paintings were not dry, and there was plenty of paint for the canvas. I have tried several different paint by numbers products from different places, and Paintly by far is the best I have found.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I absolutely love your paint by number kits. However I recently received a cat painting where the paint did not match the painting. It came from a completely different kit of paint pots. That I am asking for a replacement. I would like to do that kit in the color it was meant to be
