I had written to customer service several times before ordering, and received a fast, friendly, and informative response each time. I was nervous about ordering, but the outstanding customer service is what finally sold me. My only issue is that, if you can't afford the 150 color kits, like I can't, the less expensive ones only have 40 colors. It would be better if they were 60-80 colors like other quality sites. Especially for the more colorful ones.
