My tablet doesn't work, I proved it was faulty with a video and despite everything I'm having a hell of a time getting Huion support to send me a new one, they keep referring me to European support which I can't reach because their email address doesn't work. It tells me
“We were unable to deliver your mail. The recipient's mail system has refused to accept a connection from your mail system despite several attempts to deliver your mail.”
I've been waiting over a month for my new tablet. I was supposed to use it at the beginning of January and because of that I've fallen behind in my work. Really poor service and I'll remember it. Believe me, I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
