it is easy to break. I bought several ones but all of them needed to be replaced. The customer service was wonderful but you should have a few back-ups in case it breaks. And each Lash plus has a different touch. Some of them have to press harder than others. I still use Lash Plus because of the small wattage. I do not to harsh my eyes. Otherwise this products has a lot to be improved.
