The company does not respond to any emails or enquiries when asked. I have had an issue with my order- the hook was broken and when I emailed asking for either a replacement of a refund I have been met with silence. The necklace itself is good, it looks pretty, and the packaging is nice. But, the customer support and enquires is horrible.
