Haven’t got a bad thing to say. They manage expectations from the get go on production timing and delivery is usually pretty speedy from my experience. A+G were so helpful when I wanted something bespoke made and the fact that majority is produced on order means less waste and is better for the environment. So glad I’ve found A+G!

Poor communication re when product would be ready. Needed for a daughter’s 18th. No reply to emails. Bit worrying when spending a lot of money. Think customer service could be much improved. Would put me off ordering again even though product was lovely

Customer service was fine when I emailed but I had to ask or nothing was provided. I wouldn't recommend your company to friends for this reason.

I was able the order for what I wanted as they did not have it at the concession at liberty London. The whole process was fast, I would order again for an occasion.

Beautiful quality

Such beautiful and good quality jewellery. I recently sent in a necklace which required a repair which came back perfect again! What i also loved was that they lovingly packaged it in a brand new box for me (I didn’t keep the original box as the necklace is five years old so had to send it in in random packaging).

Delivery did take a while, but in fairness this was because I ordered the day before they shut down over the Christmas break for two weeks. My necklace then took a further couple of weeks to be made - but it is so lovely it was well worth the wait
