I felt like u guys were crooked. Ur advertisement said my order would be received within a week then post my order yall suddenly had a delay in shipment then u kept changing delivery date. Felt fraudulent

Too tall for the nest

I am very disappointed with my experience. I received the wrong size and realized it as soon as the mattress topper decompressed. The product has never been used or placed on my bed. I only requested an exchange for the correct size—not a refund.Customer service denied my request, claiming it was due to hygiene and safety reasons because the vacuum seal had been opened. However, I could not find this specific restriction anywhere in their return policy. I don’t recommend this company.

Bought, then waited well over what we were told in pre-order and direct emails with you. Only to have an awfully designed product show up that was haphazardly packed with zero instruction anywhere
