Service was good but not sure about the accuracy of the health measurements

Shipping was terrible, customer service ignored me multiple times and when I finally talked to someone they completely ignored my requests. I was told it had shipped and it was on its way. It had not shipped until a week after it was supposed to be delivered.

Gentlemen App was working for my initial 2 days…then stopped working…I’ll not pair to app…. Please contact me to resolve or send new watch… Thank you Ron Miller

I am pleased with my watch and all its functions. A bit clunky on my wrist but realizing it has to be to accommodate all the functions.

Delivery is to long website says 3- 6 days it actually took 3 weeks i had it on for 6 hours switch off and wouldn't switch back on i requested a refund and to return it but I was ignored and was told a replacement was despatched im still waiting for it to be delivered so no im not happy with the service when it does eventually arrive I will be returning it for a full refund

Shipping took too long. Product is almost immediately defective

Shopping for the watch was simple although shipping information was very poor and caused some misunderstanding. Initial communication with customer support was weak but seemed to improve after the problem was identified and dealt with by the seller.

I am still awaiting my refund as the watch was not what I waned and the sleep tracker was wildly inaccurate. It’s been sent back but still no refund.

Best smart watch for the money hands down. I’ve tried a lot and in my opinion gard pro is the best in all areas and the customer service is the best by far.
