The consultation was unnecessary and left me with a bad feeling about the company. Very repetitive and worded in wat that made me think this product won't work without the other 3 products I was asked to buy. In 6 months to a year, if it doesn't do anything, I will spread the word

I got twice as many as I ordered and paid twice as much as a result.

The subscription was not clearly obvious to me and repeated emails requesting to be sent no more product went unanswered and seemingly ignored. Had to find my account and cancel subscription and still was left with last shipment that like the prior one I had not wanted and followed return policy directions and am still waiting for refund for unopened last shipment

Buying was easy no difference after 5 pens

Naturally as always shopping experience was fine. With the product I shopped for and purchased and had delivered to my home, the product is not doing anything as ad describes it to do.

I did not like your pushing of extra things or your ordering form. I did not need the extras. That is a turn off for me.
