I tried starting a return but no one has gotten back to me. So now I just wasted my money and won’t be able to get a refund because no one has answered any of my emails.

Never received order. Asked for weeks for a refund, had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

Very easy. I had ordered a black one not caring what color. They were out of stock in that color so emailed me immediately. I click on the email & was easy just to change the color to my original one.

My trio arrived with the box beat up the items inside were dirty. The mini did not work. I was very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Customer service won’t respond to my emails. They sent me the incorrect color item. It wouldn’t be a problem if this wasn’t a Christmas gift but it is.

I didn’t get the item. 5 months later I got a different item to compensate me

my husband ordered this for me with expedited shipping so that it would arrive in time for our vacation. As stated in the order confirmation, it would take about two days to deliver. It actually took eight days to deliver, which is slower than standard shipping. When I reached out to customer service, the only thing they would do is refund $5, which was the difference between expedited shipping and regular shipping. As a courtesy, they didn’t even wave the entire shipping fee. Disappointed.

I had questions on their producfs. They got back to me right away on email. But when I tried to call their phone number, the phone number does not work.

If out of stock, it should say so prior to ordering. Not having to receive a different color after an order is placed because the color ordered is.nit available yet still showing availabke online.

Bait and Switch using Amazon as a middleman without the consumers knowledge. May not be illegal but is is disgraceful..

I've been very disappointed with Brilliance New York for the simple fact that for months now, they have not had their shampoo and conditioner in stock. Very disappointed!!!

Great customer service! Given the option to be reimbursed or receive a replacement for a damaged item. Much appreciated!

They don't stock the product I really want

Whatever I order is never in stock and they send me something else, which is never as good as the product I actually ordered.

You sent me the wrong straightening iron you sent me an aqua blue with no temperature gauge on the top of the handle you were supposed to send me one Exactly like the one I had and you didn’t I really would appreciate you replacing to the correct straightening iron with the temperature gauge on the top of the handle thank you, Linda Bernard
