the website is to easy to navigate and my order arrived basically the next day!!

I had ordered the other mask before I got the cone mask. And when I gotten the original mask that you people sell, I figured out those did not fit me properly did some investigating and found out the cone mask I made for people with smaller faces so now I have those in they fit great.

Kind masks are great! They got my masks shipped to me so quickly. I needed them for the weekend, so I ordered them on Thursday and they got to me the very next day. The customer service is impeccable

Customer service could have at least offered to change further subscription orders to the non cone shaped masks or literally an easy return to shipment offer of the original package to exchange (& pay the difference) for the masks we actually wanted

the products in the past have been great. not sure now as face masks i purchased are not properly marked for kn95 rating. the rep. i have been dealing with ensures the markings are there (faint), but they aren't visible and certainly not as prominent as the markings in a photo provided by the rep.

Your website is impossible and makes me not want to buy things from you. The filter options are non-existent and everything being grey makes it hard to tell what I'm looking at.
