Besides recieving trousers that were useless, as the fabric had been turned the wrong way on the front of the trousers, I also recieved no prior information about the package having been shipped. The first I heard about the package, was when UPS sent me a message saying, that they had made their final attempt at delivering the package. Thankfully UPS customer service was very helpful.
