I ordered a 2 seater sofa which was delivered in 2 separate boxes. Although the boxes were labelled left and right I was sent 2 left sides. Customer services were amazing and 24 hours after contacting them a right side has been dispatched. I love the sofa. Looks great. Very robust.

I received two sets of the love seats by accident (ordered only one) that my husband received while I was away. I emailed to inform them of such and was led a merry dance of having to provide evidence of the unopened boxes, I exchanged several emails, & then wait in for it to be collected. I felt I was treated with suspicion when all I was doing was an honest thing. I also requested to purchase the single seat that I had to negotiate the reduced price for. Love the sofa not the service.
