​I absolutely love this sofa! It is incredibly comfortable, and I personally love the relaxed style. ​A massive shout-out to their exceptional customer service team as well. I had an issue initially where a zip failed on the pillows. After just a day or so of quick emails, they were happy to send out replacement pillows without any hassle. Truly great customer service. ​My only minor gripe is that the sofa's corners aren't fully straightened out and look a bit squashed/uneven. However, given h
