The web url and phone number were not working. After complaining to PP I DID receive an email.

I ordered shoes, waited weeks for them to arrive. They arrived and were too small. I paid to ship them to NJ, paid for 2 more pair. Waited for them to arrive and they are still too small. Your sizing is wrong. Your communication is lacking. I got different responses each time I contacted you. I will not speak kindly of your organization and will NOT be your customer ever again.

Shopping and shipping was great.

Ordered the shoes then asked for the inserts which changed the size of the shoes so I got a pair of shoes that didn't fit and pair of shoes that did that a dog ate.

Shopping was easy,delivery took way too long.

I ordered a size 9.1/2 they only just fit i ordered the extra half size to have a bit of room so I would recommend an extra size as they are a small fitting otherwise a good shoe i have osteoarthritis in the feet

Scam

Shoes are not true to size and terrible customer service. When I reached out to exchange the shoes, I was told I needed to pay for the shipping back and the shipping for the next size. I was then asked numerous times to order another pair at a discounted rate and donate the shoes that did not fix (I was told that many of the customers do that. This told me that many customers also receive shoes that do not fit because the shoes are not true to size). I told the company I just wanted my refund

Delivered in short order!

I bought two parts for my friend and they ran small so I still have not been able to return them. In stead you sent me a discount to buy more so I did and ended up spending $200 instead of $100. So I’m not happy about that.

Misrepresentation of color and size. Took months to be delivered. At least two sizes smaller than the ordered size 14, and fluorescent colors, rather than the ordered subdued green. Total ripoff.

I was offered a 50% discount on my next order and keep the 2 pairs of shoes. I can't wear the 2 pairs, so buying another 1 pair at 50% off makes that one pair cost $130. Doesn't make sense to spend that on another pair that may have the same issue. I just want a refund, which is advertised can be done. I was told to pay for shipping and a restocking fee will be included. Maybe I might get 50% of my $100 back. Be careful. Don't bother calling, the phone number is unavailable. I haven't heard back from email after initial offer of the 50% off deal. Website says to get a printable return label before returning along with approval. Waiting on that next step. I will update as the process updates.

i would like to know your return policy, I have never returned shoes before but your shoes are 100% unwearable

Please send information so I can return the shoes and get my money back.

They arrived very quickly after ordering them too.

It was an okay experience. Ill be able to wear them, just not for work (too much walking).
