Update- the shoes came. They aren’t that bad. At first I wasn’t that impressed, they didn’t fit properly, I probably have two different sized feet. After a few days , they became much more comfortable.. hopefully they will continue to.

Well, they sent me the wrong size the first time. I asked for size 7, and they sent me 36, which is size 6 on the size chart. They wouldn’t exchange them but sent me a coupon for 50% off another pair of shoes, which is ok, but what am I supposed to do with a pair of shoes that don’t fit me? Plus, the other pair of shoes didn’t arrive before Christmas. Even though I ordered them way back on December 9, they didn’t arrive until a week after Christmas…website says 7-12 business days shipping.

Wont purchase anything else from your company again. Got the total run around when trying to exchange due to wrong size. I don't want to pay for shoes and donate them when they do not fit and then purchase more. Want a refund. I have asked at least 4 times for exchange procedures. Last time was told I had to take pics first so your company could decide how to improve. Don't have equipment to take pics, nothing wrong to improve shoes. Just don't fit and I want to return for refund!
