Awful experience all around. Covers don’t fit the shape of my lounge. I opened one cover and tried it. I asked for a refund on the remaining covers which were not opened and they refused and said swap only. I did not like the thin cover feel and pattern plus even another size would not be the shape for my large seats! I did not return them I’d rather give them away and not have a cover. Awful service and experience all around. But elsewhere is my suggestion

I was sent 2 covers in pine green even though I had ordered a ‘set’ in jade white.
I also sent videos to show that the back covers were far too big for my cushions even though my measurements were correct and within your size guide.
You did not agree that this was the case and I had to pay another $100 to have the covers made to fit, otherwise the whole set was useless.
