The bear is beautiful but the shipping is too late! The staff's attitude in replying to messages is too bad, their attitude towards customers, and their slow response time. The bear is expensive but the packaging is too bad, disappointing experience! The price is almost the same as Jelly Cat but the packaging is no different from a cheap bear.
