The bear is very cute. I’m unfortunately disappointed with the delivery. I paid for EXPRESS delivery, but the bear arrived much later than the expected days. When I asked for at least the money back for the express delivery, no one bothered to do it because it wasn’t their fault. If it doesn’t depend on you, don’t offer this service. This is a kind of scam.
Still, at least I liked the bear, but I won’t order again.
