Because I didn't know exactly when my mattress would be delivered and I already had my cycling trip planned, I felt pressured, as this mattress (with Cloud sheet) was the only thing I had to wait for. After a wonderful and friendly email exchange with Barkers Rocks' service team, I received a delivery date. In the end, I received the mattress earlier than planned. Absolutely fantastic!
