Online shopping experience was fine. Some confusion in the messaging regarding delivery of product. My total order was split into two packages but the communication made it seem that all of the glassware and coasters were delivered in the first package with the mystery gift to come in a second package. This sent me in a bit of a panic when the first package did not contain all the glassware and coasters and I had to reach out to find out if the first delivery was missing items.
