Never got my order

The shopping was good along with the delivery. It was just nothing good with the product

The purchase process was easy, but I did not expect to have been trapped into a subscription. No intentional permission was given to send the product periodically. There should be a positive, not a passive opt-in process.

Been 5 weeks and I haven’t received it yet. Not sure why they are sending me reminders to order more as well provide this feedback

Still waiting on my order to be delivered. It’s been over a month.

They keep sending me the product even when I don’t order it.

SCAM. Do not buy. 32 days since I originally ordered. no package yet. They have also billed me for a second order that I did not buy and have me on continous billing for a 'subscription' that I never signed up for or accepted.

The product took about 30 days to arrive. That is to long. I was about to tell my credit card company I was ripped off.

Very professional courteous staff

Customer support is horrible. Can barely understand them and they’re not helpful, no supervisor to talk to, finally had to just contest the charges at my bank (after cancelling the subscription that they don’t tell you about) and continued to bill my account. Pretty shady in my opinion. Won’t be continuing to use this product.
