I never placed the last order I was charged for, and now it looks like I will never receive it either. Will be reporting to BBB and other agencies for consumer malpractice.

Still waiting to receive my order 30 days later.

Great customer service if there is a glitch. They are here for me.

The first order did not arrive until more than a month after the first order. So I take the liberty of ordering two or three times. The money was deducted and I received a delivery message. Why would they send it to me without my permission if I'm not a subscriber? The money has not been refunded yet. The product is not, customer service is not.

I didn't like the fact I was subscribed to send me more. They sent it way ahead of time too. Since it already shipped I couldn't cancel. I hate auto-renewal stuff, so somehow I missed seeing that part.
