I am enjoying the product but your site makes it challenging to update a shipping address, change a forgotten password or change the cadence for deliveries.

I didn't knowingly sign up for a subscription, but I've been billed for one and they refuse to credit the money back. Shipping was slow and I didn't get my order complete, I had to follow up multiple times for them to correct it. Dissatisfied.

Product has not been delivered. No replies to emails. Worst customer service.

Never received order. Company would not reply to multiple emails. Scam, do not waste your time or money. Still waiting on product or refund but I don't think either will happen.
