As I described in the ghd review the unit didn't fit. I'm waiting on the replacement frame, but in the meantime received an email about delay on the leg attachment. The delay email came after the supposed shipping date. That's not nice although the emails had a friendly character. I hope werken my unit is complete and fully functional I will feel better. At this point I'm a little disappointed. Especially because €1200 isn't cheap. I hope the problems will be resolved fair and quickly.
