I work 12hr shifts at a hot steel mill and I honestly can tell the difference in energy. I was one of those guys that would take in 600-900mg of caffeine a day. I will still drink a pre-workout on my way to the gym when my shift is over but I'm not so sure that isn't just out of habit lol
