Not received any of the items ordered 2 months ago, now after sending multiple emails asking for updates on the progress of the order I am still non the wiser. Requested refund after the long wait, which was dismissed as apparently courier issues but how can this not be rectified by resending items and sorting your issues with the courier. Horrible customer service!
