Delivery time was poor and even after ordering weeks before and allowed time as the delivery information said it would make it before Christmas with time to spare it still hadn't arrived to the UK by Christmas eve and no solution was given only an email blaming high amount of orders. Really frustrating not being able to give a gift on Christmas day after spending Β£46 then seeing similar items on tiktok that would of come much sooner and for half the price.
