The flannel material feels very cheap and not long-lasting. The plaid does not look crisp like the images. The brushed flannel looks hazy in person. I was highly disappointed. I’m also struggling with the switch from Etsy to the website. I found it easier to order from Etsy- easier to find what I was searching for and how to make adjustments. The website is not as user friendly. Not being able to return even stock sizing is too spendy for me. Just because it’s called MTO doesn’t make it so. Also- it should state clearly that stock sizes are meant for gals no more than 5’4“. I shouldn’t learn that after I receive my too short items. I’m going to try one more time, otherwise I don’t think H&F is for me anymore.
