I had minimal interaction with Besque directy. There were issues with the shipping company, who claimed they tried and could not deliver my Besque oil, which was not true at all (I have cameras and pets and was home all day). When I reached out to Besque for assistance they barely responded. And then the next day the package arrived without issue, so there was a lot of concern for nothing. But the delivery company sent a lot of "notifications" that meant nothing.
