My only real complaint is that there was no reminder sent about the auto ship, I wanted to change to the unscented oil, but before I knew it and order had been placed for me for the same thing. We’ve come a long way in the past 20 or 30 years of auto ship and in my opinion, that’s not how things should be done. We should always get a reminder several days in advance, so we can make changes to our order or pause if we need to.
