I signed up for subscription since my intention was to continue to purchase if I liked the product (I’ve done this with numerous other products I used over the years). That said I was disappointed to learn that I can’t just cancel at anytime but need to purchase a second round and put it in writing etc before I can cancel. I currently subscribe to a face cream for 15 years and can cancel at anytime. I don’t understand why this subscription can’t be easier to manage
