Over a week ago, I contacted Besque Co to cancel recurring subscription via per company policy and as directed and have not heard back. Sent 2nd email today requesting the same.

Ordering was easy. Bottle size smaller than expected. Didn't care for smell. I haven't tried to return so I can't comment on that.

Customer service was excellent

Shipping time was loooonngg

There could be some better customer service for when there’s problems like for instance, not being able to wear the body oil. The face oil was OK just not the body oil because of the smell. It’s too strong.

Am trying to cancel subscription let’s see how that goes!

This last bottles smells terrible like it’s rotten

Too expensive for such a small bottle. Patchouli sent was way too strong and overpowering. You need to use half the bottle just to make your skin feel moisturized.

I like it, I just wish it had a better scent or was only a fraction of the strength of the fragrance it currently has.

I really like your unscented oil but I wish all your products came in unscented versions and went on sale like the original does! It’s very expensive to buy when there is no sale on the unscented products

I have emailed several times and have not had a response. Your product has something in it that causes me to break out. I have asked to cancel my subscription and have yet to have a response from your company.

It’s ok. Didn’t realize it shipped internationally. I’m on my 2nd bottle. No change in skin. I find my skin is very dry by end of day.
