This is the best supportive mattress I've had in decades!! I am so thankful for the customer service advice and assistance in my purchase . After just a few days I am sleeping longer and my back pain is finally not deterring me from being able to sleep. I like the firm edges. No rolling off due to softness. I purchased the extended 10 year warranty which came with a mattress protector that is sized to fit the mattress purchased. I bought an RV king mattress but received a queen protector. It took almost 2 weeks with 2 emails and a firm voicemail to get a response from customer service but in the end they are sending the appropriate sized protector. Now just waiting to receive it.

The mattress is really really nice. Delivery was a mess and took over a month but once we received the mattress we were very pleased. Soft yet supportive. I love the black color also, not that you see it once you have sheets on it but it looks cool still. The mattress is sturdy. I am very happy with the mattress and would recommend it to others.

The site isn't the easiest to navigate and multiple links take you somewhere else. Their shipping took longer than expected. Trying to reach them wasn't the easiest either. Once I did, the gentlemen I spoke with was fantastic. The box was demolished by the time I received my order, part of the mattress was sticking out of the box, if not for being wrapped tremendously, it would have been damaged.
