The product arrived a bit later than it said it would (it took a few weeks longer). I live very rural so some things do take longer to arrive. The product looks like the photos. My only feedback would be to provide instructions on its use. There was not actual instructions on how to use it, I did figure the basics out. I still don't know what each function is meant to do (there are two buttons each with three settings.)
