customer support is too slow & the courier service you use is't good as i got my order after almost a week after being told of delivery within 3-4 days & even that with the a dead charger

POOR QC, HDMI PORT DOES NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the courier service provided by your company. Despite being a corporate customer, I have experienced an unacceptable delay of over 10 days in receiving my parcel. I expect a higher level of service, especially considering our business relationship. I request that you investigate this matter urgently and provide a solution to ensure timely delivery.

Found about NewJaisa on Internet, Did some research and took the leap of faith and ordered it. It turned out to be a trustworthy company.

Initally they have shipped the wrong product and after continous followups I have got the correct product.

My battery is not working, without the charging cable the laptop shuts down instantly. I have incessantly tried to call your customer support team, I raised a ticket for the same and it was closed without any talks with me or reaching a common consensus, replace? Repair? Refund? None! No answer on call. Call me on 9319996079 as my nos has changed. I will be filing a claim in the consumer court within 15 days if I do not hear back from you.

There must be benefit in cost if bought directly on NewJaisa website instead of Amazon

Shopping was fine but they promised to provide us a bag and after severals follow-ups till 3 months they haven't replied back.No response till now. The reputation on the product is good but these things also should be taken care to gain the trust of the customers.

Did not receive the bag promised under student offer. Also the clarification regarding additional warranty under student offer is not provided. It's been a month of chasing the team on emails and no response. Offers promised are not fulfilled. Feels cheated on this aspect..
